Here is a list of materials that you would require to build your greenhouse:

Where would you place the greenhouse?

The spot that you choose to construct your greenhouse would have to be sunny. During winter the area should be level. If you are not able to get a level spot and find yourself placing it next to a slope or a hill, then you should consider a drain to redirect water flow away from your greenhouse.

1. Once you have chosen the acquired site for your construction, the base would be readily available from your closest timber store, as this is commonly available to build fence posts. Once the timber is in place, you then fix the corners together with nails as well as the nail plates. 3. 5 roof frames then should be lifted in place on top of the side walls. The fascia board is then to be nailed to the roof frames so as to make it equally vertical and parallel to each other. The window support plate may be settled in now and the side roof that has no windows should be braced.

4. The end walls: you have to make sure that the walls are vertical. The 75 by 50 treated timbers are to be used here. The studs are to be 700mm from each other to keep place for the door.
